Abbott House is a multi-faceted social service agency dedicated to improving the lives of those in our care. We are a haven of hope and opportunity, providing safety to children and their families in the New York City Metropolitan area as well as in Suffolk, Westchester, Rockland, Dutchess, Putnam, Orange, Sullivan and Ulster Counties.

Founded in 1963 and headquartered in Westchester, NY, we provide services to abused, neglected and abandoned children and their families regardless of race, creed or ethnicity. Abbott House expanded its mission and services in 1992 to meet the needs of developmentally disabled children and adults. Today we serve more than 3,000 individuals and their families.
